Job Overview: This is an academic management role for experienced educators ready to step into leadership. You will be responsible for curriculum development, teacher mentorship, and the operational success of your department or grade level.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Oversee curriculum implementation, assessment, and resource allocation for your department/grade.
➢ Lead, mentor, and conduct performance observations for teaching staff.
➢ Facilitate professional development workshops and collaborative planning sessions.
➢ Analyze student achievement data to drive academic improvement initiatives.
➢ Act as a key liaison between senior leadership, teachers, and parents.
Requirements
Requirements:
Native English speaker with a passport from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, Ireland, Jamaica, or South Africa.
Master's degree in Education or a related field is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience + 2 years in a coordination or leadership role.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Monthly Salary: 35,000 - 60,000 RMB
